About the project:
Buyside Power Women is Lynk’s editorial campaign that features conversations with female leaders and male allies on the buyside to increase visibility and inclusion of women in the investment management industry. The campaign covers the career journeys of female CIOs in regions including Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and North America, and how advocacy for diversity could influence future capital allocation through weekly stories and live events.

The campaign features top executives at PIMCO, Schroders, AIA, Eastspring Investments, and more.

The idea for Buyside Power Women originated from a conversation with Lynk Founder and CEO Peggy Choi about the lack of female voices and role models on the buyside, and the observation Isabel made as a financial journalist as she had to constantly talk to sources in the investment management industry.

As the Editorial Lead of Lynk Global, Isabel oversaw the entire campaign and led a small team of content and communications professionals through the process of idea creation, digital content strategy and distribution planning, and booking and conducting interviews. Isabel also executive produced and hosted live events for the campaign which includes a co-branded event with PIMCO.
