About the project:
Create an immersive ESG-focused marketing and sales communication toolkit to help one of the largest insurers in Europe and its business partners in Asia Pacific commercialise ESG opportunities in the region​ while factoring local market nuances. The client operates in over 14 countries worldwide and is a leading player in ESG product innovation and sustainable investment. A main focus of the project is helping investors in Asia Pacific understand the concept of ESG and sustainable investment with real-life examples.

Role played by Isabel:
As a project lead, Isabel worked closely with the client and a team of digital and design professionals to create a multimedia ESG toolkit that focuses on demystifying ESG and sustainability-themed investment products.

Isabel developed a set of narratives that is relevant to the market and connects with the target audience on a personal and emotional level. The narrative then anchored the production of the toolkit that includes impact videos (voiced by Isabel), an easy-to-follow ESG marketing and sales playbook, sales tools, and digital and social media templates.

Results:
The toolkit serves as a research-based commercial framework that supercharges over 400,000 frontliners’ insurance and investment counsel across 9 markets in Asia Pacific.

A first-of-its-kind toolkit in the industry, it gained supporters amongst the client’s advanced ESG markets in Europe which subsequently expressed interest in further customising and localising the toolkit for local markets. As an ESG education tool, the toolkit also reached over 47 million retail customers with credible ESG investment knowledge.
